At just 12 years old, they found a sanctuary in the practice, where mindfulness and breathwork offered them peace and tranquility amidst the busyness of life. This early connection to yoga has been a guiding force throughout their journey, shaping not only their personal life but also their professional path as a nutritionist and wellness advocate.


With a degree in clinical nutrition and a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification, Holly brings a holistic approach to health and well-being. They firmly believe that true wellness comes from addressing the root cause of health concerns, rather than merely treating the symptoms. Understanding that every individual is unique, they take the time to craft personalized plans that incorporate the healing power of food, mindfulness, and meditation.


In their practice, Holly blends evidence-based nutritional science with the ancient wisdom of yoga. Whether someone is struggling with digestive issues, chronic fatigue, or simply seeking a more balanced life, Holly works with them to create sustainable changes that promote lasting health and happiness.
