Jess offers dynamicYoga & Breathwork sessions that combine music, positivity & joy!



Jess first discovered the life-changing impact of yoga 12 years ago whilst living in India and working as a Bollywood dancer. The people, the food, the beautiful scenery… she simply fell in love with India.


Returning from India, Jess lived in London for 10 years and ran a street dance company with her two best friends, teaching children and adults, and deepening her yoga practice. In 2018, she decided it was time to take the plunge. She flew out to Goa in India to complete her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course in Vinyasa and Ashtanga and truly loved every moment.


What Jess learnt is you don’t need to be able to stand on your head, with your legs wrapped behind your ears and one eye closed to reap the rewards of yoga. She wants to make every class accessible, positive, and joyful.


Since moving out of London last year, Jess has now found herself in Buckinghamshire, which is now where she teaches public and private classes.
