I have been teaching Hatha Yoga for over 25 years. The way I felt after my first Yoga class, free of back pain, ignited my passion for everything Yoga—working physically with Yoga postures, using the breath to calm the mind, and using the Yoga philosophy to inspire me through the ups and downs of life.


Ayurveda and Yoga were introduced together when I started this journey nearly 30 years ago. Ayurveda is the bedrock of bringing health into daily life with its delicious food, to begin with, but equally with its wisdom about how to live and be happy and healthy.


Both are still my passions, and I combine their timeless wisdom in my Yoga sessions, workshops, retreats, and online courses to help busy working mums who struggle with stress, anxiety, and confidence take charge of their health by introducing the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda and yoga into their modern lives.
