Vicky Roberts

Yoga teacher - Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa Flow

Vicky has been practising yoga since 2017 and completed her first 200hr training in Rishikesh, India, in 2019 and a further 200hr training with Vikasa Yoga , based in Thailand.



She believes that everyone can benefit from practising yoga, not only from the physical practise, but from the lessons you learn on your mat and from the teachings of the yoga tradition and philosophy.


Having spent a lot of time in a dance studio as a child and young adult, Vicky has always valued the importance of movement. She first fell in love with yoga when she was looking to complement the intense workouts of Crossfit training.


Vicky's yoga journey started with Ashtanga yoga where she loved the precise alignment and challenging postures. She also started to notice how she was able to use the breathing she had learnt in class in other areas of my life, and that the biggest challenges she faced on her mat were not whether she could get her leg behind my head, but what was going on inside her head!


Vicky now teaches a variety of yoga styles including Ashtanga, Rocket and Vinyasa flow. She likes to focus on building strength and alignment, as well as trying new things and having lots of fun :)
